We’re so excited to announce the return of this Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM) Group, hosted by Natasha Helfer, this time in partnership with The Sanctuary SLC.
This is a 7-week, small-group container designed to go far beyond surface-level conversations. Together, you’ll dive deep into the real work of ENM — building stronger communication, navigating jealousy with compassion, creating clear agreements, and exploring desire in a grounded, intentional way.
Whether you’re newer to ENM or looking to deepen and refine your current dynamics, this group offers a supportive, thoughtful space to grow alongside others on a similar path.
